This is a Russian (former Soviet Union) made wooden folding box-type board and white & cobalt blue ceramic pieces.

The pieces are quite old, dating back to a time when ceramic pieces were common.
The wooden board seems to have been acquired later.

The condition of the pieces is really good due to long-term storage. There are no chips or cracks.
The board has a few signs of use.
