This is the North Face NP12333 Mountain Raintex Jacket.

It uses Gore-Tex and the hood can be stored in the collar, allowing it to be used as a stand collar, making it uncomplicated to wear.

I purchased it as a brand-new item from Trefac, but I own countless similar items and haven't had a chance to wear this one. I've only tried it on and have never used it.
